Lupland Activity Park (Ranua, Lapland)

This experience takes place at our own lakeside activity park by a quiet wilderness lake, reserved for Lupland guests only. You will travel there in a snowmobile-pulled sleigh, sitting warm under reindeer hides as we go through the forest.
At the park you’ll get to enjoy the main highlights of the visit: time with the reindeer (feeding and a short lead walk), skating on natural ice on our maintained ice track on the lake, and, if you like, finishing with a sauna and an ice bath by the lakeshore. During the program we also take breaks by the campfire with snacks and hot drinks, and your local guide will help you make the most of the activities at a comfortable pace.

Important to know
Please note that reindeer are living animals and their behaviour can vary from day to day. We always work on the animals’ terms and may adjust the program slightly to make sure the reindeer are comfortable and everyone stays safe. Your guide will give clear instructions on how to approach and interact with the animals.

Pickup can be arranged from Ranua Resort Arctic Igloos reception or Ranua Resort Safari House. Please contact us well in advance if you need a pickup.
